This policy explains how to request a return, the condition merchandise must meet, and how Kicks and Deals handles shipping costs, refunds, and order problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days after delivery. Email returns@kicksanddeals.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Please do not send merchandise without first contacting us. Ship an approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving return authorization. These deadlines do not limit any rights that applicable law gives you for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All merchandise returned because of a change of mind must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with original tags, packaging, and included accessories. Sneakers must show no wear on the soles or uppers. Clothing must show no wear, washing, stains, or odors. Electronics and other merchandise must show no signs of use or damage. For Gently Loved, pre-owned, or open-box items, the condition disclosed at purchase is permitted, but no additional wear or use is permitted. We may decline a change-of-mind return that does not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candy, food, and other perishable goods; opened personal care or hygiene products; and merchandise clearly identified as final sale before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. An ordinary sale or discount does not by itself make an item final sale. These exclusions do not remove remedies available by law for defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or materially misdescribed goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by law. Pack the return securely and use a trackable shipping service; keep your receipt and tracking information. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a return is required because we sent an incorrect item or merchandise arrived defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, we will provide a prepaid label or another reasonable return arrangement at our expense. Any refund of related original shipping charges will be included as appropriate to the affected order and required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will inspect returned merchandise and notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and accept the return, or sooner if required by law. Refunds include the eligible amount paid for returned merchandise and related refundable taxes, subject to the shipping rules above. PayPal, your bank, or another payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We do not replace legally required monetary refunds with store credit without your agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contact returns@kicksanddeals.com promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where reasonably available. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy as required by law. Prompt reporting helps us investigate and does not shorten your statutory rights. Do not continue using an item you believe is unsafe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us before returning an item for exchange. If a direct exchange is unavailable, an eligible item may be returned for a refund and you may place a separate order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To request cancellation or an address change, contact cs@kicksanddeals.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests before shipment but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts collected for canceled merchandise and related services not provided, as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
